How to rent with Silva Real Estate.


  1. Provide proof of income with pay stubs or tax returns
  2. Have no evictions, judgments or liens against you.                           (Tax liens, BK,Foreclosure, OK)
  3. Fill out the application completely, references will be checked
  4. Maximum 2 people per room.
  5. Additional deposit for pets considered
  6. No section 8 or rental assistance programs accepted

     Tenants who Pre-Apply before viewing will get priority.

Income 2x – 3x rents preferred

     Please give us 48 hours to review your application.

Step 1: Apply

  1. Each person who will be on the lease fill out the rental application. No blank spaces.

  2. Fax application  with proof of income to 562-521-8569 or email: 

We require proof of income via pay stubs, bank statements or tax returns

Please submit with your application and we will confirm receipt.

Step 2: Background check

1. Once approved, each person responsible for lease must pay for an eviction and background check.

2. You get a copy of your credit / background check and share your copy with us

 3.This is the final formality before signing the lease.

We schedule a time to meet at the property

You bring a cashiers check for rents & deposit

 We review and sign the lease and agreements

You get the keys and enjoy your new home
